When you sign up for an account for the first time, we give you a gift of $10 worth of points (100 points) to say thank you for signing up.

These points are automatically added to your account when you sign up. 

HOW TO USE YOUR POINTS

Firstly you need to actually select to use them on the check out page. If you don’t select the box to use them and you pay for your order, then unfortunately when your order is processed we can’t take the points off your order after payment is made. You still have them in your account and you don’t loose them but you will just need to use them on your next order. 

We are very sorry but we can’t give you $10 in cash back if you haven’t used them on your order. They will be there to use on your next order.

Here are the steps:

1. Sign up for an account HERE:

2. You must be logged in to used your points.

3. Add all the items to your cart that you would like to purchase.

4. Click on ‘Order Now’ on the shopping cart page.

5. Fill out all your details and shipping method.

6. IMPORTANT: In box number 3 ‘Payment Method’ there is a little box to tick that says ‘Spend your points’. If this box is not ticked then the points won’t come off your order. You can then slide the bar across to choose how many point you use or you can tick the box that says ‘Maximise my discount with points’.

If these boxes are not ticked then the points will not come off your order.

7. Check the total of your order to make sure the points have come off the total.

8. Click - Place Order’

PLEASE NOTE: These points do expire after 6 months so please be careful when ordering. If you are still unsure of how to use your points, please call us on 1300 855 174 before you pay for your purchase so we can help you take advantage of our $10 gift to you.

We always aim to despatch your order within 5-7 business days.If there are problems we will always do our best to keep you updated on your order

Please keep in mind that we are based in Melbourne, so if you live in WA or top end of QLD it can take between 7-10 days. This is because all orders are shipped by Australia Post.  

Shipping only Costs $8.95 Australia Wide or free when you spend more than $75.00.

Express shipping is $25.00 AUD

We do ship internationally. For all international orders, please email us for shipping prices. Please do not place an order until you have contacted us first.

PLEASE NOTE: International orders are sent with tracking so prices are quoted accordingly.

Ebony Craft main goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction through quick and simple online shopping.All Claims must be made within 5 days from delivery date.Prior to returning any products you must contact us and provide the following: Order number. Reason for returning product. Item code (listed on invoice/order). Quantity to be returned. Ebony Craft will only accept returns :If the product is in its original condition. Returned within 5 days of the delivery date.  Ebony Craft does not refund the original shipping amount on unsatisfactory products. Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks.
